1. General Terms

By purchasing and using scripts from XENON SERVICE, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products and services offered through our Tebex store and other distribution channels.

2. License Agreement

All scripts purchased from XENON SERVICE are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script on your FiveM server. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the scripts with third parties.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is fundamentally broken and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Support

We provide support through our Discord server. Support is available for installation, configuration, and bug-related issues. Custom modifications are not covered under standard support.

5. Modifications

You may modify the scripts for personal use on your server. However, XENON SERVICE is not responsible for any issues arising from modifications. Modified scripts are not eligible for support.

6. Limitation of Liability

XENON SERVICE is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our scripts. This includes but is not limited to server crashes, data loss, or compatibility issues with other resources.

7. Changes to Terms

XENON SERVICE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our Discord server.
